The holidays are behind us, so there is no better time than the present to try to improve our diet, I know in my case, eating a well balance meal everyday is not possible, but I can do better than I have been. This is a great time to try to lose weight if that is a problem, as it is more than 10 months till Thanksgiving rolls around again. Spiritual health is far more important, so feasting on the bread of God's word and the meat of doing His will should trump physical issues, so let us consider doing more in those areas in the new year. 2019 can be a great year that we can look back on with a sense of accomplishment if the Lord allows and we make up our mind right now to make positive changes, or it can be just another year of regrets. The choice is ours.
Finding the truth requires whole-heartedness at times, and perhaps diligence searching. Handing it over on a platter like this

One book that shows how to do this without visiting a doctor (except as needed for 'serious' possibilities, for oversight and testing, and when needed for "drug withdrawal" (let the doctor's testing prove when a drug is no longer needed) ),
is called "The Pulse Test" by Dr. Coca. It does/will take time , not so much to read, but to implement (make use of). It is available for free online in pdf format (or it was earlier this year/ last year).
