I was wondering if anyone here likes to grow their own food or actually live off the Grid? I really want to get into Homesteading as I recover from the damage these medications have caused me. Do any of you know of good homesteaders to watch on youtube? I have a few I already watch, but I would love to know of others good Christian ones. Please share any links you might have.

I also enjoy this one... not "Christian" so much and not off grid... but still offers things to learn... urban homesteading... "Weed 'em and Reap"

Wow, yes... I'll start listing some. I watch these often. Some are Christian and some aren't. If they don't use foul language and have ungodly content, I don't mind watching them share how they grow and raise their own food. Some are off-grid and some aren't. Just pick and choose. Also, not all of the ones who are Christian share the same standards.... so even then, there'll be content you don't care for.
All that aside... search this in youtube: "back to eden gardening paul gautschi"
Paul doesn't have his own youtube channel, but others have traveled from all over to visit him and film what they learn. It's wonderful and valuable information!
I'll also list some youtube channels here. "1000's of roots" "heartiness approach" "living traditions homestead" "VW family farm" "roots and refuge farms" "Rain Country" "Art and Bri" "lumnah acres" "TexasPrepper2" "The JOYful life" "Justin Rhodes" "The TexasBoys" "off grid with Doug and Stacy" "Arms family homestead"
There are some who aren't Christian and some who don't say what their religious affiliation is (I assume they aren't practicing Christian), but they still have valuable content to learn from.
"Cog Hill Family Farm" "homesteadeconimics" "mylittlehomestead" "Bobblehead Homestead" "Wild Wonderful Off-Grid" "Exploring Alternatives"
If I think of others, I'll let you know. I listed some of my favorites first.
This is one is really long, but it is of my favorite homesteading/gardening videos...
I apologize for not responding to this... I thought if I made a thread I would get notifications that someone posted on it. I'm so sorry. I will do better at checking on this. Thanks for all the info Abby... I am going to spend the day watching videos cause I am really not doing well the last week. I've been trying to learn how to use my Instant Pot and been overdoing. So I am just watching homesteading videos today....xoxo

Dezi, it's okay ... you respond as you're able. I hope you enjoy watching the videos. The one long video I posted is really good, as he brings out how the Lord taught him the way he gardens. And when I'm just wanting something to watch that isn't really heavy, I watch homesteading videos. I figure one day it'll come in handy. lol

I watched this today and it was very touching to me. I so wish I had known how to live this way when my children were growing up. I always feel so sad that I failed them. I love watching these videos where people have such a great relationship with God and get out of the "world" system.
