I'll be honest, I suspect my husband and his family pose as Christians and actually serve the devil like Hebrews 6.
Is it possible for them to hurt me? Like, not trying to be funny, if they set up a voodoo doll to control me--- could that work if I were weak in my faith?

If you are weak and not trusting God, yes, they could find the open doors and cause you harm. But as a child of God, you have authority through Jesus' name and His blood over the demons who control them. That can limit what they can physically or especially spiritually do to you. We can take authority over demons, but not over people and their choices. If you are a believer and they hurt you, it is a type of persecution. Don't live in fear. Pray for them ... that is how we overcome satan and his tactics. Pray for their salvation... and make satan regret that he sent them to do you harm! Keep praying, and keep looking to Christ.
Matthew 5:44
“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
I will say that since I was saved at age 13, that did not stop people from hurting me. To this day, they (people who actively serve satan) seek to hurt me. But as long as I stay in Christ, they can only harm my body ... they can't take my soul, and can't take me away from serving God!
Your protection is in Christ, sister. Stay as close to Him as you can. Find your refuge in Him.
Colossians 3:3
“For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.”
Psalm Chapter 57
1 (To the chief Musician, Altaschith, Michtam of David, when he fled from Saul in the cave.) Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. 2 I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
3 He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
4 My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth.
6 They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah.
7 My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
8 Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
9 I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations.
10 For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
11 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: let thy glory be above all the earth.
Also, you'll find a good prayer in Psalm 51.
Psalm Chapter 51
1 (To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.) Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.
5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
9 Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.

Satan cannot cross the blood of Jesus. None of his minions can cross that line. When you bring parts of your life to be crucified and sanctified, then those parts of you are off-limits to the enemy. This is a big thing that new Christians must learn. New Christians believe that once they repent and get salvation for their souls, this means everything in their life is automatically sanctified. You can trust Jesus to save your soul while you work to keep Him out of your bank account, or you refuse to listen to counsel on on your attitude. Those parts of your life haven’t yet been crucified. This is how doors are left open for the enemy to exploit us.
I would encourage you to plead the blood of Jesus over your self, not just in a vague conceptual way, but literally over everything you think, feel, believe, and do. Crucify everything that makes you a person. Plead the blood over your whole person. Then invite the Holy Spirit, step-by-step, to move through every area of your life and your thinking to regenerate dead fruit.
Then, when you have brought those parts of you into sanctification, take authority in Jesus that this part of you is now protected. Don’t fall for fear or scare tactics or anything else to let that door be open again.
Make no mistake, the enemy will not take no for an answer at first. Enemy spirits will try to test if you’re really serious about it. They will come knocking once or twice to see if you change your mind. But if you stand firm and you plead the blood, eventually they will get the message and leave you alone. They cannot cross the bloodline without your permission.
There’s nothing to stop a bully in the physical sense from hurting your body, but they won’t be able to use magic to control you or take over you or anything like that.

In Jesus I am more than a conquerer and victory over Satan is mine

Sister, what you need to work on, is not allowing your husband/family to live rent-free in your head. Don’t let them occupy most of your thoughts nor spend most of your energy. Set your mind on the things above, not the things below.

...if they set up a voodoo doll to control me--- could that work if I were weak in my faith? I do not believe it is how it works. If you are God's (i.e. have His Spirit dwelling in you), the devil cannot simply touch you anytime he wants.
The Lord is in control.
"...All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth." - Matthew 28:18
"Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin?
And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will.
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows." - Matthew 10:29-31
Perhaps, you just have to know and practice it a bit more. It may take time until you understand who you are now.
"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions,
and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." - Luke 10:19
"How shall I curse whom God has not cursed?
And how shall I denounce whom the Lord has not denounced?" - Numbers 23:8
"For there is no sorcery against Jacob,
Nor any divination against Israel..." - Numbers 23:23
As a quick testimony, my mother (and possibly our family [including myself]) were consistently targeted by sorcery, witchcraft and these things.
And they have always failed to destroy our lives.
And when you are actively praying and living in obedience to God, then there is no way of being defeated by any work from evil.
Afflictions, tribulations, persecutions?! Yes. But defeated, never.
"For the Scripture says,
“Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”" - Romans 10:11
Blessings in Jesus' name!

Blessings in Jesus' name! The devil or one of his demons may come and afflict you, but there is power in the name of Jesus. We can take authority over the demons and command them to leave in His name. A lot of times, people will have mysterious illnesses, and it is the result of a demonic attack. If that is the root cause, they can be commanded to leave or you can pray to God to send help. I have had that happen many times. Not all sickness is a demonic infirmity, but many times that is the cause. Call on Jesus when that happens.

Blessings in Jesus' name! You are right. Fear and shame. Those are my weaknesses. Satan exploited those to get into my head. He used my husband's abuse-past, my mother's anxiety, and my own desire to please others to convince me that I was crazy and inadequate, to make me innefective for the Kingdom. Those are his last two weapons but those strongholds are weakening. It's coming into the light. Family curses, bondages, suffering. Satan cannot win or torture me anymore to the same degree as he was able to. The Lord has answered our prayers and has spoken. Enough is enough.

Sister, satan and his minions cannot touch you unless there is an open door of sin that you have not repented of like Abbyjoy said. Also satan has to get permission from God first. Look at the first chapter of Job. Like Butero said, we have authority as a believer in Christ and can cast them out and declare that satan is a LIAR! Keep pleading the blood of Jesus over yourself and thoughts like PG4Him says too! Envision that in your mind, in your spirit. The blood of Jesus cleansing you from all unrighteousness, there is no room for the enemy! When you have repented and have totally turned your heart to Jesus, the enemy has no authority to harass you, and the demons will tremble and flee at the mere mention of JESUS' Mighty Name!

It will never have the same hold on me again, as long as I fill myself with God.
