Please, confirm that.
Blessings!

Blessings!Hi Letters, I was completely banned, with a little "Lock" picture saying my device no longer had access to the site. But after I emailed George, saying I had an excellent reputation and had no warnings or anything, I think he unlocked me.

But after I emailed George, saying I had an excellent reputation and had no warnings or anything, I think he unlocked me. They use tracking cookies, so it may have locked your computer out, so if that happens, you would have to remove the cookies. You would probably do best to use a new computer that never signed in there. There are ways to do it. They will know your IP address, so you can't use the same one again, and if you are going to re-sign up, you will need a new e-mail and username, plus you will need to behave different. Since you are unlocked, it doesn't matter, but if you were to get a permanent ban, this is what you would have to do. For all anyone knows, everyone that was banned could be under a new name if they know what they are doing.

They used to have this Servant who had me in that banning process they use behind the scenes, and he was trying to let me know how powerful their security was, and he told me that he saw that I had signed in to Worthy Christian Forums from over 100 IP addresses since I had joined. It was supposed to intimidate me, but rather than doing that, it caused me to ponder how one would get around it if they were ever banned. That is why I have put so much thought into this, even down to how you would have to create entirely new identities and become like an actor when you sign in under a different identity if you wanted to fool them. I have seen people re-sign up and get caught because of tells, so you would have to be constantly in character all the time, and if you have unique doctrines, you could never use them again under your new username. If you had multiple identities, each one would need a different e-mail address, computer and IP address, with their character always with that computer. Just things I thought about in my spare time serving out an undeserved one month ban over a false charge several years ago. I could have half a dozen users on their now and George would never know it thanks to his Servant giving away their secrets.

It's causing me to think that what if they will use Worthy to find everyone to round up the Christians? since you were on the topic ..... and why such high security? who is paying for all that? I once joined a site for supposed Patriots, I think it was govt run. The owner was always hidden. I had a friend who even talked to him on the phone and became an admin. for the site. Something in my spirit gave me the willies about that site. I think it was used to find out all the conservatives for round up later. so I never went back.

I don't actually feel it is worth the time to think of these things.. ANY site is only as good/helpful/praiseworthy as the people that use it and these days I go to very very few forums on worthy as it is almost all arguments and strife there NOT what any seeker needs to see

If you had multiple identities, each one would need a different e-mail address, computer and IP address, with their character always with that computer.
Some forum softwares (especially the paid ones), have advanced mechanisms for detecting multiple users.
The only way to bypass this is by getting a new IP address, and cleaning the cookies and site data from your web browser.
There is no magic in this system and it has its limitations, in most cases, just changing IP address and deleting all cookies and site data is enough.
Still, you could be caught by your personality and your habits. But this is not part of the system.
Blessings!

ok, thanks Candance! but seriously, I had no prior restrictions, excellent reputation.....so I have no idea why I was banned? I got booted too. Tread on someone's sacred cow and got labeled a heretic. Sadly, many fables, myths and misunderstanding of Scripture are abound in the churches today, and even from the pulpits many have "have nullified the Word of God for the sake of tradition."

Tread on someone's sacred cow and got labeled a heretic. Sadly, many fables, myths and misunderstanding of Scripture are abound in the churches today, and even from the pulpits many have "have nullified the Word of God for the sake of tradition." They selectively ban people for some so-called heresy based on whether or not you make waves by disagreeing with George or if you oppose OSAS. They have heretics in there now. Pink Belt testified she had left her husband and run off with her boyfriend to Canada. She holds to the heretical red-letter movement, and George and the moderators are completely aware of it. The faith plus nothing version of OSAS is a complete heresy, and even in disagreement with the mainstream believers in OSAS, and that is what is promoted by Bloodbought and Behold. I wasn't even in disharmony with their Statement of Faith, so they made up a false charge. My doctrine may not have been in the mainstream, but it wasn't heresy if you are going by their SOF.
In the case of the trinity, WCF is pretty plain in saying they hold to the doctrine of the trinity, as we do also, but I do believe that it may have been overlooked had you been a believer in OSAS. My biggest issue with regard to God is that we believe in the deity of Christ. I am trinitarian, but I am not looking to kick people out that are not if they understand that Jesus is God. I am familiar with the beliefs of some who reject the traditional view of the trinity, but they believe Jesus is God and the Holy Ghost is God. They just believe all three: Father, Son and Holy Ghost are different ways God manifests himself. WCF is looking for reasons to ban people that mess up their attempts at indoctrination, so if you say you disagree with anything that is part of their SOF, they are not banning you or placing you in the non-conformist section because you are a heretic, but because you gave them an excuse.

Ephesians 4 says "til we all come to the unity of the faith." We will never all agree on doctrine. And remembering that the Apostles had disagreements on things, and that the Lord did not give the same revelation to even the New Testament writers, should allow for some differences of understanding that can be discussed. All I would like to see from any who disagree with me is an open discussion, with both sides of view backed up by Scripture. For honestly, I do not concur with the bulk of modern doctrine and theological stance that is commonly preached and accepted. I had presented my view, backed with numerous passages of Scripture, on a topic that many hold dear after I was delegated a non-conformist, and still I was given no room for discussion. I didn't purposely bring it up there, only mentioned it in passing in an essay I had written; and I'll make sure not to bring it up in this forum either, unless the Lord opens that door. For God is continuing to unveil Truth in our day. We've three feasts to go; and just as those who were party to the modern Pentecost revival that began 100 or so years ago were persecuted by the church then that knew well concerning Passover... those stuck in Pentecost will persecute those in whom the Lord is revealing that the Day of Trumpets had begun.
