I like my natural hair texture.
I enjoy seeing other people relax and express themselves freely--- just only in the Lord.
Everything is not beneficial, you know?
But it's okay to make mistakes. The Lord only is perfect. Our role as Christians is just to trust Him. To relax and go with the Spirit in Truth and love.
Against those things, there is no law.
God bless you all.

Today I'm reflecting on how simple, inexpensive, natural products or extracts can provide better results in a beauty regimen than pricey products with man-made ingredients. The Lord created nature to be a blessing to us. Of course, since the Fall of man, not everything in nature blesses us. Weed and other plant-based drugs don't necessarily bless us. We become addicted and enslaved to them. Also, things like thorns on roses and Barb's on aloe vera--- I personally think those are also the result of the Fall of Man. In the New Heavens and New Earth, I don't think humans will have to deal with pain and danger from plants and animals. The lion will lie down with the lamb. That means a lot, but I think it also means that animals and humans will live in peace once again.

In the New Heavens and New Earth, I don't think humans will have to deal with pain and danger from plants and animals. I believe that in the age to come, in eternal life, there will be no more pain or anything bad.
"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:4
Our mind and body (a spiritual one) will be perfect and will only think good and do good.
"...There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body." - 1 Corinthians 15:44
"They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain..." - Isaiah 11:9
"But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life." - Revelation 21:27
Blessings!

I like to think about how in American consumer culture, were taught to rely on expensive beauty and cleaning products.
But often the best products are natural, simple, and inexpensive.
I would love to just make scented cleaning products one day with just vinegar, baking soda, and maybe some borax.
One time I spent about $50 and made half a year's worth of laundry detergent. It was the best detergent I'd ever had. It smelled awesome, got stains out, was a pretty powdery pink and blue color ...
I love diy natural or "semi-natural" projects.

I don't often hear of people making their own laundry detergent. Do you remember how you made it?

I didn't reinvent the wheel. I just saw a recipe on Pinterest and clicked on the link. You probably would want less pink in your laundry, so instead of the Pink Zote soap, you could use the scentless white version. Main ingredients were borax, Zote soap, and this oxy-clean stuff. You can make it look and smell however you want.
