The object of the game is to show how Jesus appears and/or is glorified within expected parts of the Bible. It can be anything from an obvious prophetic reference to a conceptual parallel. If the Holy Spirit has used any part of Scripture to show you the Lord more clearly, share it here!

Let’s start with a specimen that Paul pointed out to us...
Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. — Exodus 17:6
He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he. — Deuteronomy 32:4
Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. — John 4:10
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. — 1 Corinthians 10:4
Jesus was Exodus 17!!!

Here’s another from the apostles...
And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God. —Genesis 14:18
The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. — Psalm 110:4
So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee. As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. — Hebrews 5:5-6
Jesus was in Genesis 14!!

Jesus satisfies judgment in the Law on every point...
If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked. And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number. Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then thy brother should seem vile unto thee. — Deuteronomy 25:1-3
Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. — John 19:1

Jesus in Genesis 37!
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colours. — Genesis 37:3
I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. — Psalm 2:7-8
And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words... And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him. And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh. Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams. — Genesis 37:8, 18-20
But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son. But when the husbandmen saw the son, they said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and let us seize on his inheritance. And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him. — Matthew 21:37-39
And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on him; And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it. — Genesis 37:23-24
Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man! — John 19:5
Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. — John 19:23
Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. — Luke 24:7

Jesus in Genesis 42 & 45!
And Joseph saw his brethren, and he knew them, but made himself strange unto them, and spake roughly unto them; and he said unto them, Whence come ye? And they said, From the land of Canaan to buy food. And Joseph knew his brethren, but they knew not him. — Genesis 42:7-8
But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which veil is done away in Christ.” — 2 Corinthians 3:14
Then Joseph could not refrain himself before all them that stood by him; and he cried, Cause every man to go out from me. And there stood no man with him, while Joseph made himself known unto his brethren. — Genesis 45:1
Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away. — 2 Corinthians 3:16

I am sorry but I don't remember the exact verses . I know JESUS told this to the jews in john chapter eight and what Abraham was shown on that mount and told , is in genesis .
Here is another , I think in genesis chapter fifty . And the scepter shall not depart from Judah , Judah will tread the winepress of GOD and in revelations , JESUS treads the winepress of GOD , HIS wrath . LOOK at what Issac tells joseph about the prophecy of the twelve tribes . YOU SEE JESUS ALL OVER JUDAH . ALL over it . Maybe schwester kantanzen can bring the exact verses . HANDS UP and PRAISE THE LORD .

I do want to point out something in old testament that POINTS to JESUS . In the law it was written that no priest could have any deformity , not a blemish one , not a mole , not a dwarf , not a leper , not any kind of blemish on the outside . NOW look at what The LORD tells Samuel when he sent HIM to anoint the KING of the tribe of Judah . He said LOOK not on his outward appearance , FOR THE LORD sees and looks on what is on the inside . Now ponder that for a bit . Because BEING this is VERY TRUE , WHO ON EARTH was truly able to be the PERFECT HIGH PRIEST that would TRULY save and approach GOD , and make the perfect sacrifice . WHO ON EARTH is without SPOT or blemish , ON THE INSIDE . I KNOW no man that is without sin . BUT THEN GOD IS NOT MAN , IS HE . JESUS , IT WAS ALWAYS ABOUT CHRIST . And we all KNOW HE WAS WITHOUT BLEMISH ON THE INSIDE . PUT THOSE HANDS UP and PRAISE THE HOLY LORD .

Here is one that may be rather obvious, but it comes to mind as a result of people that believe that Jesus was dead for 3 days, not just in body, but that he himself was dead. That is not the case.
So they took up Jonah, and cast him forth into the sea: and the sea ceased from her raging. Then the men feared the LORD exceedingly, and offered a sacrifice unto the LORD, and made vows. Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. Jonah 1:15-17
Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee. But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12:38-40.
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above the heavens, that he might fill all things.) Ephesians 4:8-10
