I have added her to my prayer list. She could be oppressed or even possessed. Do you know if she ever actually accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior? We need to unite together and pray for her deliverance. If you could get her to a Spirit filled minister with a deliverance ministry, that is what she really needs, if she wants to be set free. If not, the devils will simply return bringing more with them. Praying. Hi Butero, I am not church taught and it's just me. When I was teaching her I didn't get her to say the Lord's prayer but just giving her truth and opening up the scriptures to her so that she could be informed and make up her own mind. I guess if the Lord wills, and brings our meeting together again, I am going to have to cast it out myself.

The LORD hears our prayers , notice he moved in her to bring her to repentance. But the thing is my dear sister , If one just keeps rejecting The goodness of GOD , they often get far worse . this I have personally noticed. We can pray and point them to the LORD but in the end they have to either reiceve it , or they reject it . God is very merciful. But he don't FORCE anyone to do anything . You can keep praying for her . But don't let it consume you at all. You loved sister. You are . Frienduff, yes you are absolutely right. I can't force it. We all make choices, and her choice was to go the other path. I know that no one can come to Christ unless the Father draws him. All I can do is pray for now. I have made up my mind now that I won't let this consume me, or feel guilty but will keep her top of the list in my prayers. You have no idea how many people over the years the Lord has sent to my door. They come. I witness, ...they act interested. I help with their other needs also, then they do evil to me. The stories I could tell. I am thinking that all of this is just for a witness, and for me not to bury my penny in the sand being a loner. God is so merciful he always gives everyone a chance and a choice, so that they cannot say I never knew about Christ or that you didn't warn me Lord? You are loved too.

The Lord is at work in his own . I got that same unction too. We going to pray for one another , cause we love one another and we going to feast on TRUTH , and encourage and exhort all to do the same . This tiny church is going to be ONE JESUS LOVING CHURCH . We going to LOVE the one who saved us , and by HIS grace we going to honor the one who saved us and encourage all to do so. MY soul is on fire for the LORD , the one who saved this filthy thing and washed me clean . REJOCING time IN THE LORD peoples . Amen. Let's rejoice in the salvation he has so freely offered us. I was once filthy also, and when I thought I was clean, I was still filthy, but praise the Lord Jesus he let me fall so low and showed all my unrepented sins to me, one after another like flashes of video footage, so clear,...all the things I forgot about and that's when I felt really dirty, and he moved in me to confess every single one of them and hate those sins with a hatred I cannot describe, and be fully healed. I still get those old flashes,...these memories that were buried so deep and completely forgotten about, they make me cringe and I love him even more for persevering with me and not throwing me to the wolves. He who is forgiven for little loves little, and he who is forgiven for much loves much. That's me. Forever grateful. I love this site frienduff. I feel so free to talk. I think I'm talking to much lately.

If she does, ask her to confess her sins to God the Father. Then have her ask Jesus to come into her heart and save her. She should ask him to be her Lord and Savior and promise to do her best to serve him. Then thank him for saving her. If she is possessed, this could well lead to demons manifesting themselves, and then, they will need to be cast out. She may not be possessed. She might be experiencing demonic oppression. You can lay hands on her and pray that the Lord will drive away all demonic spirits, and claim victory. She belongs to the Lord now! Do all of this in Jesus' name. Ultimately, she must want to become a Christian and want to be set free. It is not reciting the Lord's prayer she needs, so much as she must accept Jesus in her own words, while really meaning it. I pray that you get the chance and are successful. She remains on my prayer list.

If you have never been part of casting out devils, they often times won't go without a fight, and it is better to have a team of spirit-filled believers working together. I have been part of such a team where a girl that barely weights over 100 pounds had to be held down by 4 men and she was literally coming up off of the floor. I appreciate that you have faith to do this yourself, but if you could get her to visit a place where they have experience in such things after she is saved, that would be best, if you think she is possessed. If it is just oppression, you should be able to handle it yourself just fine. The Lord bless you and keep you safe.

I was cornered twice on two different occasions. I didn't know any ministers, and I had to act fast. With the Lord's grace I cast out on those two separate occasions. There was no struggle, in an instant it was gone. Never to return again. Praise the Lord, all the glory to him, he helped me in my time of need and he helped me fast. No mucking around.

May the Lord give you the strength you need to accomplish, on your own, if need be.

I should mention something here I believe.
When we pray for someone that is trapped we should approach the situation like Daniel did. Some one has written a very good book about this but essentially it is as follows.
Recognize that the Lord God has a very strict order of things. If the person has allowed the adversary to have the right to bother them, then one must approach the Court of the Most High with the Advocate (Yeshua) presenting our case. This means that in intercession we pray for forgiveness on their behalf (like Daniel did) and ask the Lord to intervene on our behalf. The blood of the lamb has been spread on the Mercy Seat so He is able to plead our cause and succeed. Then having satisfied the Law of the Most High we can approach the Court of the Lord and ask for release of the captive and then we tell the subject that they may appropriate the Redemption provided by the Lord and His Propitiation for their confessed sins. Often when we pray against the principalities and powers we have to be careful because the Lord God gives all authority and it is no good us jumping up and down and casting out demons that have every right to be where they are.
We need our Advocate. We need the big guns to often do this kind of thing. Hope this idea helps and is clear.

I deleted this whole long winded post because it doesn't really help anyone in any way or bring Christ any glory. I have uncovered my cousins nakedness, and who knows, the Lord may still have mercy on her one day if he decides.
I pointed out three times of separate occasions those who asked me who I was, knowing especially well. This was nothing to glory about because of this scripture;
Acts 19:15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
I think God was bringing to my attention that I was no-one in Lord back then, because of sin, but I didn't understand until now.
My uncle cast a spirit out of his wife many years ago, and the spirit said to him, "I know you, your are..... and said his name.
If they don't know our name, then we are not in Christ.
I was not untouchable back then, but I was spared from something worse happening, never the less, and grateful today to my Redeemer, the Lord Jesus Christ.

When God sees inside their heart that they truly don't want salvation, because they love sin so much, he will reveal them for who they are, and the devil will use them to cause chaos with all they come into contact with. "Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces." - Matthew 7:6He knew what was in store for me, mercy. Praise the Almighty. "So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy." - Romans 9:16
"...Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you." - Mark 5:19
"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day." - John 6:44
