Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and wither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Let all the lambs PRAISE THE HOLY LORD and HEED HIM and LEARN all things HE did say and do . What is coming , is coming and total delusion does follow . The mystery of inquity has abounded through all times and now rises to the full . Take HEED unto ourselves and unto sound doctrine . HEED the SPIRIT and not the flesh . Cling to the WORD and embrace all things that JESUS and the apostels taught . Embrace all pure and holy doctrine . And exhort daily one another . The delusion is rising in darkness and in number . Let us be here for one another and let us HEED THE VOICE of the SHEPARD . The climax is fast building now .

What this parable says to me is that before you are born again, you can't really see the reality of the Kingdom of God. It is not on a map. You can't take a plane, boat or car there. You see it by faith. You cannot enter into the Kingdom of God till you are born again. Once you are born again, you are a citizen of the Kingdom of God.
