This sounds pretty good!
1 lb Kielbasa sausage
1 Bay leaf 2 Carrots, medium 1 stalk Celery 3 cloves Garlic 1 Green cabbage, small 3 Leeks, medium 1 lb Red potatoes
6 cups Chicken or vegetable stock
Baking & Spices
1 tbsp Italian seasoning, homemade or store-bought 1 Kosher salt and freshly-cracked black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

That does look great . But the ol prostrate is like , OH NO YA DONT . even the idea of a flare up keeps the fatty food away . But good news , this new diet has been great .
Even butero has dropped his blood sugar and pressure .
I am glad that your diet is helping you. It is amazing how much better I have felt in not eating so much fried foods. Almost everything I ate used to be fried and greasy. I don't know that this kind of soup once in a while would be harmful, though I know sausage can be deadly, but if it effects your prostate in a negative way, you should avoid it.
