Poor Abby. Tell her to munch on a nice lean steak and quit the sugar substitutes...

Yes, I will pray for her. High blood pressure runs in my family. Every time I get my DOT physical, I am concerned over that bottom number being under 90, with medication. I will wind up getting by with something like 135 over 89. It is just one of those things. My Father has it and his Mother did too. My Father is in his 80s, and my Grandmother lived to 94. The main thing is to take your medications faithfully to keep it under control.
In the case of Abby, with all the stress she is under, it is no wonder her blood pressure is high. Praying for you sister Abby.

Actually, I don't use artificial sweeteners. I have had some sugar in my diet lately and that's not my norm. I don't like steak much ...but I have organic turkey in my fridge.

Thank you all so much for praying. I ate some turkey and drank some juice. I am going to listen to some Bible and music...drink water and rest as much as possible. God bless you all in Jesus' name!

I had gooses once and ran over one dashing to hospital with one of the kids. Had chickens, pheasants and fat-chicks and quail. Never did the turkey thing. By the way what is an 'organic turkey'? Had lots of egg type critters that I incubated and hatched etc. But I do not know what an organic bird is. I do recall them munching on their dead brothers or sisters. Quite cannibalistic I noted. Oh well. That was my life once. Hope your life calms down a little and you can relax some. Blessings!!

I know you were joking, lol ...organic means they weren't given growth hormones or antibiotics and were fed an organic diet.
