It is amazing how much good content there is, among the time wasting stuff, on YouTube. I have found videos on just about every topic imaginable. Still, I never thought to look on there for exercise videos. I also never thought about how it might help you with mental focus. There are actually exercise programs for your brain that involve problem solving and doing puzzles. That makes sense to me, but I never associated physical exercise with mental health. That is something I need to look into further.
