I still make a lot of mistakes.
But Jesus told me:
I'm a sheep. Not a goat.
He loves all of me. I stay with him. He's master and friend. That's all I need to know.

Its called I followed the shepherd. Now sheep baa and state at me. Its alright. Social distance baarethren. Honey, you've been in my prayers. I just look at it that we are not our own but were bought at a price, so we need to heed the Lord's leading, when to keep our distance and when to be close, and when He leads us to come out of Babylon. You be blessed sister.

Pro 1:20-27 Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets: She crieth in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying, How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Jer 4:13 Behold, he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots shall be as a whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe unto us! for we are spoiled. Pro 3:5-8 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Those are good scriptures, but I fail to see how they answer the question 777 asked you.

Let me see if I understand you. You are saying that since Jesus said to agree with our adversaries quickly, and the devil is our adversary, we are to agree with him or come to an agreement with him when he accuses us, because chances are, the accusations are true, You are saying Job was too prideful to realize he was a rotten sinner that deserved the evil that came upon him, and if not for his pride, theses things wouldn't have happened to him. We should learn from Job. Is that close? No not at all, that is a complete and utter misrepresentation. All he wanted to know watchful , is how did he misrepresent what you are saying?

A fitting response would be to explain point by point how he is misunderstanding you. It seems like that would be easy to do. If I was misrepresented, I could tell someone how.

"explain point by point"....not every question is entitled to an answer brother. But I will leave a clue, that if we will judge ourselves we will not be judged with the world. The scripture about agreeing with our adversary agrees with that.

Those things were written for US, that we would be reproved by them.

You are assuming it is everyone else that does not get it. I spent a lot of time in the parables. We did a weekly study on all of them in the Shoutbox. Nobody came up with the interpretation you did of this one.

The scripture about agreeing with our adversary agrees with that. Why would not everyone be entitled to an answer? Who decides who is "entitled" to an answer to a question? It is for your benefit questions are being asked. That is why Frienduff encourages people to ask questions, so people will not be misunderstood. When anyone fails to answer simple questions about what they are saying, that means everyone starts trying to guess what they meant, and it could lead to them taking you wrong. The next thing you know, there is this huge controversy over nothing. Is not the objective to be understood? You are not Jesus, and there is no reason for you to speak in parables yourself. Jesus never taught his disciples to do that when it comes to ministering to other believers, and Jesus did not speak in parables to anyone but the multitudes. The disciples simply recorded what he said, but he revealed the direct meaning to them in private.

The word of God says there are still some things to be done in order that we might partake of His holiness. Righteousness is a good and necessary beginning, but holiness is something else again.

Who can know the mind of God unless He reveals it? Who knows of His ways unless He instructs us? The Lord answered Job --- a man whom He declared as righteous --- setting him upon His way by illustrating the limitations of man. Job answered the Lord rightly in keeping with His declaration when Satan accused THE LORD of "stacking the deck" in favor of His servant. At no point was the anger of God kindled against Job who eschewed evil even when he was reduced to sackcloth and ashes. The same cannot be said of Job's friends. God's anger was kindled against them for falsely accusing Job who suffered greatly, tempting him to sin by their counsel.
The Lord didn't send the younger man to speak for Him even though he claimed to speak for Almighty God. If this were true then why did God speak from the whirlwind, addressing Job Himself? The lessons presented in this book are manifold: the One who addresses our accuser is God Himself, not us. It's not our place to do so as we see in the example of our Lord's temptation in the wilderness. How did the Holy One answer Satan? At no time did the Son of God seek to defend Himself nor speak on His own behalf. If Job erred this was his error: he sought to defend himself by answering the accusations of his accusers. Thus he was righteous in their eyes.
Far from constituting sin on his part, it merely points to the futility of answering our accuser on our own behalf. Thus it is wise for us to agree with our adversary by remaining silent, turning toward the Lord for succor. If God desires to answer our accuser then He will; if He doesn't, then who are we to stand in His place?
