Pro 7:1-16
(1) My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.
(2) Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.
(3) Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
(4) Say unto wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman:
(5) That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger which flattereth with her words.
(6) For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
(7) And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
(8) Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,

(10) And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.

(14) I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.

Jezebel. Mixture and compromise, halting between two opinions by trying to serve both God (Spirit) and Baal (flesh) at the same time. |

This is what watchful was trying to explain . as best she could . But its simplier than even that . Lambs dont go to her doorway and if they see one going into it , THEY Do all to try and stop it . they do all correction warning and so forth , FOR THE SPIRIT is at work in the Lambs Now , let the LORD be praised . |

Spiritual fornication is not just adultery. or just fornication. its lusting. Jesus said... if you look at a woman lustfully you have committed adultery in your heart. and its even worse than that... it links you to the spirit of lust... which links you to all spiritual fornication and physical fornication all the way back to Babylon and before. all porn... all of it. and the spirit of lust can not be satisfied by the same lustful sights or thoughts or actions over time... it grows and gets worse. which is apart of the warnings in the bible to abstain completely... because even a taste of that will suck you in to that lifestyle and eventually control you. it will pervert your thoughts and your heart. it warps everything about you, how you see others etc etc. you know the scripture about the marriage bed is undefiled? if you discern spirits you can discern either the Holy Spirit on a married couples bed that is practicing holiness... or on a bed that is defiled... you can discern the spirit of lust. lots of things happen while you are asleep spiritually. the only way to be free from it is once you come to the place of being broken for not being able to stop and you are admitting you are falling short... then will God deliver you.
oh yes... looks can kill. (looks in the sense of looking) sexual purity is a beautiful thing to walk in. God will even take the desire away if you struggle.

Notice that it mentions wisdom as a sister, and understanding as a kinswoman,
In the natural, generally speaking a sister is someone that is close, and a kinswoman is a relative, or someone that is close as well.
We need to keep wisdom and understanding close to us,
The strange woman is contrary to God's wisdom and understanding, it is against God's ways, and it refers to things such as the ways of religion, false doctrine, but also the ways of this world, the ways of this world can entice someone, and so can the ways of man made religion or false doctrine.

Her bed is of Egypt...captivity, enslavement....and enticing souls to return to Egypt as it were, craving it's leeks and onions. |

Yes . its why even paul said , TAKE HEED brethren lest there be in any of you an evil heart , and ye turn away from GOD . or peter who said , SEEING YOU KNOW these things brethren , Take heed , beware lest any of YOU be LED away with the ERROR of the WICKED . Yes . the lambs must continue to mature and grow , as paul also said , that hencforth ye no longer be tossed to and fro , by cunning men and thier doctrines whereby they lie in wait to Decieve . |
