As it is written:
❝...I see men like trees, walking...❞ - Mark 8:24
Now, the question is: What kind of tree you are?!
And as Jesus said:
❝A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
Therefore by their fruits you will know them.❞ - Matthew 7:18-20
❝Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the
tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.❞ - Matthew 12:33
And if we are in Jesus then we must produce fruits of Jesus.
❝A good tree cannot bear bad fruit...❞ - Matthew 7:18
❝...I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me,
and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.❞ - John 15:5
❝For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells...❞ - Romans 7:18
❝But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control...❞ - Galatians 5:22-23
Now, the question is: Are the fruits of the Spirit present in your life?! If yes, then how are they?!
Are they all green and immature?! Or are they mature and sweet, pleasant to the eye and to eat?!
What fruits of the Spirit you must bring to maturity in your life?!
❝Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.❞ - Matthew 5:48
For the fruits to reach maturity the tree must be willing to take the nutrients and water from the soil.
The nutrients and water are equally available to every tree, but it is up to them to put that to good use.
❝...the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it,
and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God...❞ - Hebrews 6:7
If they choose to absorb water and nutrients, then God will give them the increase.
❝I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.
So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything,
but only God, who makes things grow.❞ - 1 Corinthians 3:6-7
But if the tree is not willing to absorb, then nutrients and water will go to somewhere else until it finds someone who is willing to absorb them.
❝As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.❞ - Isaiah 55:10-11
And the word of God is among us, sitting in the shelf of many houses and being spoken daily by many people.
But it is finding its way in the hearts of few people.
❝For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.❞ - Matthew 13:15
Conclusion:
❝Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent
and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.❞ - James 1:21
May God bless you in Jesus' name!
