If we submit to God and we truly want to be free, God can give us the power to overcome any kind of temptation.
This may be an ongoing battle. After all, pornography is just a few clicks away on the internet and social media makes it possible to chat privately with just about anyone at all times.
These are snares that can destroy our lives, marriages, and our witness.
The Bible says we can't hold fire and not be burned (Proverbs 6:27).
Think of how a whole forest can burn down just from a tiny lit cigarette. That is similar to how sexually immoral thoughts are!
Jesus said if your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. Do whatever it takes to avoid the sexual sin.
If the music you listen to causes you to be lustful, it may have to go.
You may have to log off and get away from your internet connected device and go to sleep.
You may have to let some connections and relationships go.
But the Lord Jesus has to be master in every area of our lives so we can be pleasing to Him and have the abundant life that He promised.
He doesn't give us these guidelines to make us unhappy, but rather for our good.
We're to be filled with the Spirit which has the fruit of self-control, knowing that unlawful sexuality cannot fulfill us the way the Lord can.

Amen sister. There needs to be more preaching about sexual immorality in the church, it's so badly needed today. Senses and feelings can lead us astray, so we dont' live by them but by every word that proceeds from God. Feelings are deceptive and just the bait in the devil's trap to snare a person. Eyes on Jesus, thoughts on Jesus, and unwanted thoughts and feelings will evaporate....and we can call upon His name if the battle is difficult and rebuke the devil. The fear of the Lord is our best friend when we need it....there are always consequences for sin, it opens the door to demonic oppression, and it can put our souls in grave danger. We need to just settle it with God that there is nothing in this short little life that is worth losing a whole eternity in heaven for.
1Th 4:2
For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.
For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;
Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God
