People really have to choose what they want: Mercy or sacrifice.
People who keep on sinning and say:
Christ has paid for it. No condemnation.
Thankfully hit the blood. I am cleansed.
No worries, I am clothed in His righteousness.
No matter how much they claim to avoid sinning; they do not. They go after it and they sin because they really love it.
"Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”;
for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed." - James 1:13-14
I do not know for how long people can keep on acting like that in sincerity.
Because I am really sure that if they actually repented and were sorry they would sincerely pray to be free of such bondage and be forgiven.
"For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." - Matthew 7:8
"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much
more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!" - Luke 11:13
Whenever they choose to sin and say:
Christ paid for it!
"But if you had known what this means,
‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice,’
you would not have condemned the guiltless." - Matthew 12:7
"if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again
for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame." - Hebrews 6:6
"Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin...
...Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." - John 8:34+36
It is like saying that the blood of Christ has no power to truly cleanse a sinner and purify their hearts.
"For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies." - Matthew 15:19
"Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also." - Matthew 23:26
"and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith." - Acts 15:9
You keep crucifying Him again and again, daily... For how long?! Don't you love Him?!
Have you that much pleasure in sacrifice?!
I tell you that He was offered as a sacrifice for your sins once.
And once is enough, His blood can cleanse you indeed.
Then please, stop choosing sin and seek to repent sincerely and sin no more.
"who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree,
that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness..." - 1 Peter 2:24
It is His righteousness that we must seek now...
Sinning is no longer an option if we indeed are under grace and truly justified and cleansed by faith in Him.
"For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer,
sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh,
how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit
offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works
to serve the living God?" - Hebrews 9:13-14
"For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all;
but the life that He lives, He lives to God." - Romans 6:10
"and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer
for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again." - 2 Corinthians 5:15
Then, please make your choice of whom you want to love:
Sin that leads to death or obedience by faith in Him that leads to righteousness.
Because in that day, you will be judged... Seek what is right, seek what is good, seek His mercy, seek His righteousness.
"For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment." - James 2:13
"He who loves purity of heart
And has grace on his lips,
The king will be his friend." - Proverbs 22:11
"eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality..." - Romans 2:7
Or you can keep on crucifying Him daily, having no real faith in His blood that truly cleanses you once and for all eternity.
"But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners,
is Christ therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not!" - Galatians 2:17
"so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many.
To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time,
apart from sin, for salvation." - Hebrews 9:28
"Love has been perfected among us in this:
that we may have boldness in the day of judgment;
because as He is, so are we in this world." - 1 John 4:17
God bless you all in Jesus' name!
