My heart rate is up just a bit ... could be because I ate a bit of chocolate, which I've given up in large part because caffeine causes increased heart rate. I'm feeling okay... just don't like the increased heart rate. Would appreciate prayers!
God bless you all, in Jesus' name! Abby

The pounding isn't as bad... still up a bit, but not as much. Thank you for praying, 2fw8212a!

Trying to... about 95% of what I drink is filtered water... after that, juice and milk. But I may need to drink more water. I sometimes forget to take care of my own needs for caring for everyone else. Doing much better now!
Thank you, Cletus.

You loved sister . we all love you . ps ,,, no more sneaking into the cookie jar . I too no longer eat chocolate . it and greasy foods were causing a massive mean heart burn . Tomato sauce is bad news for heartburn. Anything acidic. I do have to watch myself because i have nearly the worst heartburn you can get and thats what the doc said. I only have two symptoms less than worst case scenario. It was making me sick. I have to take uhm... I cant think of the name of it right now. I take zantac but the generic 150mg, and when its bad i have to take two but there is a prescription drug that they sale over the counter too, same exact medicine and dose. I had to go look at the bottle its prilosec. I only take that stuff when i need it. one is to block the manufacture of stomach acid, one is to kinda neutralize whats in there. I had to quit eating fried chicken. I love me some fried yard bird. Once you get the acid level down and watch your diet tho its good to go. At least for me. Chocolate dont effect me like that, and hopefully it wont.

no more yard bird Cletus . That heart burn , does way more damage than common folks realize . I also advise smaller meals too . I never went to the doc . but let me tell ya it got nasty . so nasty I was throwing up , and for almost a week it had even burned those vocal cords . It was nasty . So change that diet Cletus . Extended heart burn does way more damamge that folks realize . and it must be shut down . I will pray for you Cletus . Folks don't realize its the number one cause of cancers in that esophagus . OH yes . So no more sneaking fried chicken Cletus . Just let us eat as the Lord would have us eat . and smaller meals too .

you aint kidding either Cletus , no tomotoe sauces . lay off the lemonade too . And lay off fatty foods , specially anything fried . The chocolate never bothered me , NOT at first . But its a monster Cletus . I would cease on it too. before it does get you . Oatmeal is great . so is leaner meats like chicken , but NOT FRIED . Avoid spices . Cletus by the grace of the LORD and changing my diet , PRAISE the LORD its been great . But don't sart thinking oh I feel better now so I can sneak my fried chicken. Remember it does major damage and it takes a wee bit of time to heal that . So no more fried chicken Cletus .

IT is probably something that starts with an O Cletus that you are prescribed . But if its what I think it is , its a bone thinner so be careful. IF you honestly just change that entire diet and eat way smaller meals it does a wonderful job. And by all means pray about it too Cletus . Like I said I learned by experience . I would notice , every time I ate certain foods it would trigger it nasty time . and I mean actually to the point of getting sick . and one night after grazing on them ol steak fingers , it struck with the worst vengeance ever . I could not even throw it up . I was having to drink water , and make myself throw it up and still it took a tough time to get it out , and it had burned my vocal cords even , well the only reason I think that , was because when I would talk for the next few days to a week Cletus I would sound at times like I had a cold , or etc . But that night I decided its time to end this for good . So sure enough when I looked up trigger foods , I SEEN that fatty foods is the worst and the over all worst was chocolate , I had already pegged that and quit that . But since then Cletus , PRAISE THE LORD its been great .

Chocolate dont effect me like that, and hopefully it wont. I hear you! (frienduff) But, I don't eat cookies. lol I had some organic dark chocolate chocolate brownie bars (low calorie, low fat). I don't do friend foods either. All those things cause reflux. In 2009 I had to have an EGD and some other tests (after some assaults) ... the doctor said my stomach and upper GI were severely inflamed and bleeding. He said it would only get worse over time and put me on meds. I didn't take the meds. Instead, I've eliminated the really bad stuff, like carbonated drinks (which I didn't do a lot anyways), I don't use a lot of sugar at all... in fact, I don't have any in my house (to cook with) ... and I don't fry anything. Aloe vera juice and apple cider vinegar are good for healing the gut... and probiotics. Chocolate just raises the heart rate (for me) ... I can't do coffee or tea for the same reason. This just started over the last 9 months or so, and I'm not sure why. I can handle a small amount of chocolate, and I do mean... small!

Sister you loved . no more sneaking the organic brownies then . Its better to just do away with the chocolate . I mean if even sometimes you might eat too much , then just quit that too . You loved lil abby . OH, I was talking to Cletus about the heart burn thing . That dizzy thing sounds like not just elevated heart rate, but maybe pressure too. No more chocolate sister . WE love you , we want you around with us . SO even when you feel like getting up on those toes like ol fred and sneaking over to take even one bit Stop , cease and dissist . You loved sister , we gotta look out for each other on what we eat too .
