Hello everyone. My name is John Butero, and my username is Butero. I created this site after getting together with the man that goes by the name Frienduff. Let me give you a little background about me. I got saved when I was 17 years old. I was working at a radio station and during my air shift, there was a program called "Morning Devotions." I came under conviction listening to the various preachers. This conviction continued for about 6 months and got worse and worse. I knew that if I died, I would go to hell. One morning, a minister came in and began preaching on the soon return of the Lord, and how that if I wasn't ready when he came back, I would be left behind to deal with the tribulation period. I couldn't stand it anymore, and right then and there, I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
I have worked in many different areas of ministry over the years. I worked as music director for a couple of different southern gospel radio stations. I worked as the Public Relations Director and Interim Director for a Teen Challenge home for troubled youth. I have served as a Sunday School Teacher and Pastor of two churches: Last Days Holiness Church and a Pentecostal Holiness Church. I have also served as the van driver for a Church of God and kind of filled in where there were different needs. While it has been many years since I served as a Pastor, I do still hold ordination with United Christian Church. I consider it an honor and a blessing to be able to serve the Lord in this new ministry.

My family background is Pentecostal Holiness. I still consider myself that way, although I've come to see complexity on some doctrinal points.
