She is in the hospital and, as far as I know, her state is severe.
Please, pray especially for her salvation.
May the Lord bless you!

She passed away.
But I have good hopes, as about one year ago I felt a strong urge to minister to her.
And the last year when I went in her home she was worried and saying positive things about Jesus.
"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him..." - John 6:44
Then I started feeling a need to pray for her recently, and about two weeks before her death something happened in her house.
It seems that my mother and my brother happened to minister to her and the outcome was apparently positive.
But the Lord only knows if she was saved or not. But I believe nothing is a coincidence, and it could be an answered prayer.
"...Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on." - Revelation 14:13
Indeed, I have asked this prayer to keep the hope until the end. But there are high chances that a miracle has happened in that day.
"...I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion." - Romans 9:15
Blessings to you all in Jesus' name!

I am so sorry to hear she passed away, but at least she knew the right way, so there is hope she may have accepted Christ before she died. Other than witness to her, there was nothing more you could do.

So sorry Letters! May the Lord give you peace for praying and ministering to her. We can have faith and hope that she did cry upon the name of the Lord.

I am also so sorry to hear that 2f. It sounds like you loved your grandmother very much which is so beautiful to hear. There is a chance that the Lord changed her heart before he took her, and if she mentioned Jesus in a positive light then that's a good sign, because some are so stubborn that they will not confess his name nor acknowledge him right up to their death. The Lord is so gracious, may he have mercy on your grandmother, and may your heart be comforted during your loss.
