This is a thought which I thought within my thoughts while I dozed in my bed.
Man was given a divine directive to subdue all of known creation (Genesis 1). Since the dawn of civilization, there was always a theme of taming the next frontier — always an impulse to go forth and subdue. Whether it was Nimrod spreading his empire abroad, the mystique of the great Black Forest in mideval Europe, the new world of the Americas, or the drive for a global economy, this was mankind’s great occupation for thousands and thousands of years. Along the way, there was always a supernatural thread running through it. Man was searching not only for silver and gold, but for heaven itself. Each generation portrayed its new frontier as the great unknown where “there do be monsters.” Something supernatural — a real taste of heaven — was always waiting on the other side of the next horizon. So men pushed ever harder to advance and discover, hoping to reach the end of the rainbow where the pot of gold must lay.
It came to an end in the 20th century. The whole world was touched by civilization. A global economy was achieved. Having done that, man set his sights on outer space, and soon “there do be monsters” in this frontier, which we speedily imagined through shows like Star Trek and Lost in Space. It was simply the old fairy tales of the Black Forest transferred to our last great horizon. Outer space proved to be emptier than earth. Man’s drive for conquest was over.
At precisely the same time men lost their reason to be men, society stagnated, and gender equality emerged. There isn’t much left for men to do that women can’t do, so both genders are settling into equal mediocrity. Next the genders blur together completely. Young men’s bodies are producing less testerone, young women are less fertile, and population growth is declining. I believe the human race is running out of steam because there’s nothing left to do.
The one small area where advancement remains possible is business. Here we see a familiar pattern: innotivative men introduce a revolutionary product (Steve Jobs invents smart phones, Mark Zuckerberg invents social media), the new frontier is quickly invaded and populated, and then women come along bragging about “equality” because they’re allowed to be in the new space. We never see women invent a brand new horizon; women always, always invade what a man came up with while congratulating themselves for equality. The business horizon will eventually collapose as well, leaving us with no more ambition. We see glimmers of this now as most young people throw themselves into virtual reality. Physical reality is a wasteland. Young men are sensing this, so they withdraw from society, leaving gender warriors to fill the gap.
What is the result? The most submissive and least competitive qualities of the human race will soon be socially dominant. Then all we need is a divine emperor (cough, antichrist) to subdue a pliable race with his promise of the long-awaited taste of heaven.

Wow, Candance! I have to run to town now, but this is something I want to come back to. Matt brought this up last night and we conversed about this very thing! He was watching some youtube videos on this, and how women are pushing for "equality." I had no idea he was even thinking on these things, but yep...
Be back later!

Young men can sense this deep down, even when they aren’t righteous.

you know what i have a sense to do? go to alaska. its called the last frontier. LOL!
some of this is due to wanting to live off the land, and some is due to I want to go where a decaying society is not found. I have asked and a way has not been made.
to me that would be my heaven on earth, just to get away from the busy life, the drama, the massive population. sure there would be problems there, but it wont be anything like it is here. I think God has other plans for me though.

Equality is a misnomer... women have roles that they are uniquely good at and men have roles that they are uniquely good at. I don't see myself as less-than because I chose to stay with my children. Women are exceptional caregivers and nurturers. Men are naturally great providers and protectors ... that is how they show love. That's not to say that woman do not protect their children, or that men do not nurture... they just do these things differently. God created us different with qualities that compliment each other! One isn't "better" than the other. It is really an insult to true femininity for women to try to do what men do. And then because they can't do some things like a man, they still insist they should have equal pay. Can't they grasp that they are created unique by God and they have value in those roles?
Those are the things that Matt and I discussed last evening... and then some.

I think men and women are equal in some aspects... but not in the way feminists claim. feminism really seeks not to be equal with man but to be over man and that is the attitude of feminists... and what was it God said back in the garden?... your desire shall be to your husband and he shall rule over you. feminism is the fallen nature rebellion against God, and the order He set. its evidence of Godlessness. its fruit of the flesh. I mention the last part in response to your question... they dont have Light so they really cant grasp those roles or the importance of the roles.

We have women demanding to be Navy SEALs to prove they are as strong as men. This kind of thing is just madness.

And what has all this led too . the equal rights and the get in touch with your feminine side sung to men as well . The ultimate , men now trying to physically change their bodies and women and children doing the same . And right now the world is so dumbed down and numbed down it constantly is in search of this ultimate taste . As sister Candace mentioned. We got a mega false one and kings that will offer up this ulitimate taste . This world becoming one idea under religion and politics will and is ushering in a false peace already . a sense of artificial unity and family is increasing . Oh, but even the mere whiff of it , causes a lamb to gag and flee the other way .

and whats up with men wearing those skinny jeans? I mean i dont think women should be wearing pants that look as though they are painted on but men doing this? it turns my stomach to see a man wearing skinny jeans. Ever since women started wearing pants, we have had confusion created about what is masculine and what is feminine when it comes what people wear. This goes back to the fact there has been an attack on all things feminine. I can't tell you how many times I have seen a person walking on the side of the road, or coming out of a tractor-trailer even, and I didn't know at first if it was a man or a woman by how they were dressed. When I used to work at Wal-Mart, which was many years ago, there were a couple of instances where I was talking face to face with two individuals I thought were likely women, but was never sure. To me, the bigger problem is not men are wearing skinny jeans, but that women have gone away from dresses and skirts and started dressing in masculine style clothing. I could tell you all kind of stories Cletus!
I was in California one time, up in Truckee on Donner Pass, at a convenience store beside the outlet mall I was delivering to. I had stopped in to get some coffee, and there was a man standing there talking to the cashier about how he was wearing pants that belonged to his girlfriend, and how well they fit. He thought it was funny that nobody could tell. The reason they couldn't tell was because they looked just like any clothes a man would wear. It is like the instance where I saw a Mother and Son wearing matching clothes. I have seen mother and daughter with matching dresses or father and son with the same shirt, but mother and son? It is just one of those things that has occurred because of feminism that few recognize as a problem.

Many years ago I started buying my pants in the girls section instead of womens because of how the styles are going. Womens pants are all very low cut these days. Even for blouses and dresses it’s getting harder and harder to find a simple modest style. I wear a lot more dresses than I used to. I’m definitely moving away from mainstream fashion, but it’s a big transition.

I can remember when i was little my mother saying pants are for boys... she used to make me and my sisters clothes. she wouldn't make my sister pants but all my life women have been wearing pants so its normal to me. not saying you are wrong but growing up i noticed girl pants are different. the pockets are not as deep too which is not very functional. I had a pair of girl pants once. i got them in a thrift store but i didnt know they were girl pants. they were loose fitting, kinda baggy. but i could barely get my hands in the pockets. then after a couple years of wearing them one day someone told me they were girls pants. my point is I can see what you are saying about the lines being blurred.

Amen!! Another sign of the bashing of males is the reaction of them turning to each other in private rather than risk going out with a female who will pull the "#metoo" card because they were not satisfied. Think about it, you're guilty of #metoo until you can prove your innocence. Men turning to online porn and toys, who needs a woman? While not trying to be vulgar, I'm just pointing out the prophecy of the word of God that warns of this in Romans 1. I used to watch the evening news (all of them) religiously until it became too much. So I just turned to headlines only. Now, it's getting so one cannot read the headlines without becoming repulsed. The days of Lot are decades old now, and finally out of the closet while pushing Christians into the closet...
