GOD IS NOT ALWAYS LOGICAL
The one thing many people in the body of Christ spend their thoughts on is why things are the way they are. Yes, it sure would be great to have a step by step DVD that explains what God is doing at any particular time in our lives. One thing about our humanness is the fact that we try to reason every aspect of life from a merely logical standpoint. When we do that without giving reverence to supernatural ability of God we ultimately set ourselves up for the emotions that come along side of reason. Reason is a good thing but it is also a part of our mental makeup that can cause us to doubt things and in doubting we set ourselves up for the emotions of fear and feeling defeated. The wisdom of God tells us:
(26) Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
(27) And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
(28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:26-28 KJV
Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith; so when we pray in the Spirit or with a spiritual mind we give preeminence to God who already knows the frailties of our humanity. When we lean not to our own understanding and trust God enough to walk in his will and word; it will not always make sense to the carnal mind; but wisdom is proven through the children it births in our lives. There are many times the things that God is doing in our lives looks like chaos to those around us and even to own natural reasoning. But God’s plan will prevail and bring about God’s perfect will.
