A couple of years ago, I was doing some test videos in preparation for plans I have to eventually make professional looking videos for YouTube and possibly a Roku Channel. While I worked in radio for over 8 years and Pastored a Pentecostal Holiness Church for a couple of years, video is still relatively new for me, and I am not that comfortable with it yet. As such, I have not been promoting any videos I made at that time under the name "Christian America Program." That is what I planned to call my regular television show when the channel is up and running. I am not sure at this point if that is what I am going to call it now, but I may leave it at that.
Regardless, I did a message on the topic "Assault On God's Word," where I deal with some of the attacks of Satan on the Word of God. At the time, I was trying to produce an hour long show, and I was sort of doing it like I would have in the past when I was teaching Adult Sunday School. I did that for several years. I had a clock on the wall in front of me, and would try to work things out to last one hour. Sadly, this has led to videos being too drug out, which isn't something that works well in such a fast paced world. It has been a learning experience for me. My plans are to build a studio to record programs with a podium and produce a weekly show, but I plan to make each message much shorter, perhaps as short as 15 minutes. I have found people's attention spans are short, and that will force me to be fast paced, getting a lot of information in a short space of time, plus I am also considering doing a radio show as well, and 15 minutes of air time per week is about all I can afford.
We have been having our own attacks on the Bible here at Narrow Way. We have had the Catholic bias lie, as well as the can't trust the KJV nonsense, and the accusations that scribes messed up the text, so the only fully reliable manuscripts no longer exist. As such, I am going to put a link to that video here, in spite of it's obvious short comings. The video was produced using Video Diary, which was a challenge, as I would see myself on the computer screen as I spoke. I didn't have a podium, so I had to do this seated.

What is video diary & where were you when you made it? I think it was made in the truck. That black background was probably the curtain that separates the front from where I sleep. All were made in my spare time while on the road.

I look forward to seeing what you can do with a better background. Overall I liked the message.

I look forward to seeing what you can do with a better background. Overall I liked the message. I bought a podium, which will help, and I hope to have better lighting and camera angle. There are a lot of challenges doing things in the truck. Keeping my notes straight and my place in the Bible is hard. I want to eventually re-do some of the messages. This one needs to be updated regarding issues I hadn't encountered at the time.

YouTube lets you record video and post it directly on the website. If you want to edit a video or add special effects, most computers/laptops these days come with free video software. On Microsoft systems it’s called MovieMaker. On Apple computers it’s called iMovie.
I’ve had a YouTube channel for years.

Amen. I agree, brother; most who are teaching doctrine contrary to the Scripture don't realize it, for they are in deception themselves, having a veil still over their eyes; and this perhaps even by God's design. For He will reveal Truth in His time to those He has chosen, and for His purposes. Remember the Apostles had walked with Jesus for 3 years, and been taught directly from Him, yet still did not understand many things. Then in His time, "He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures." (Luke 24:45). Often we may believe one way, and truly hold fast to a particular doctrine with all confidence... until one day, in His timing, the Lord "opens our mind to understand the Scripture." I have personally experienced, and continue to experience, this as I spend time in the Word and following after Jesus. God will not rebuke any who are believing something different, unless He has unveiled Truth to them and they choose to remain walking another path. May each of us "press on" as Paul did, striving to obtain the promises of God. "Not that I (or any of us) have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Therefore let us, as many as are mature, have this mind; and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal even this to you. 16 Nevertheless, to the degree that we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us be of the same mind." - Phil 3:12-16 God's promise is to reveal Truth to those who have this mind to press in to lay hold of what God has called them to in Christ. May each of us have this same mind. Peace & Blessings.
