Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
Matthew 5:38-42

...but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. ...And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. ...And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. ...Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. The things every Christian should do with joy.
I am looking forward for an opportunity in the future.
It will be a great testimony and can have the power of converting some (and rewards waiting in heaven)!
“Let your light so shine before men,
that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” - Matthew 5:16
But the last one is very common, and it happens often: Give to those who ask you!
Unfortunately, many people are losing the fun of being a Christian.
“So they departed from the presence of the council,
rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name.” - Acts 5:41

To me, this is the hardest of all the teachings of Christ, not to retaliate. I don't have that much difficulty with forgiving someone 70 times 7 if they ask me to, but turning the other cheek is difficult. Hard or not, we are supposed to obey all of the Lord's teachings, so when we come across difficult sayings, rather than ignore them, we need to seek God's help to do better.

“So they departed from the presence of the council,

May all receive the increase that comes from GOD . Basking and adorning with great joy in the Truth of every Word our LORD did speak and still speaks unto the hearts of the children of God . Embracing from the heart the yoke of the LORD wherein to both hear and do is counted with great joy . The time of great testing is coming upon the entire body world wide . In the days ahead words will become laws and actions . Hostility and ever increasing rage will come against the few who conformed not . But let neither the idea of it , nor threat of it , nor the experience of it cause any to be moved from the holy and righteous path OF THE LORD which HE has placed us in . NOW HANDS UP and LET THE LORD be PRAISED .

And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloke forbid not to take thy coat also. Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
Luke 6:29,30
