My husband loved the chicken sandwiches I made.
My bread turned out great too, but to be contrary, my husband won't try it.

I think he prefers the generic slices from the store. And he thinks it's funny how horrified I look when he refuses to try it. He's my contrarian.

I grew up eating nothing but white bread, sometimes rye bread. I did not like it at first either, but over time, I got to appreciate different kinds of bread. Still, if he likes plain, white bread, it can be purchased at Wal-Mart in their store brand for something like 88 cents a loaf. I doubt you can make bread cheaper than that. That is what I usually buy for sandwiches in the truck. It leaves more of your homemade bread for you to enjoy.

I remember John saying God wouldn't have given Israel laws impossible for them to keep.
I wasn't sure but I'm in Luke this morning.
Luke 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
So, it was definitely not impossible for the Israelites to keep the law.

I'm excited to have a guest over!
It's because of troubling times but I'm still happy to be of use, preparing things behind the scenes.
Once I clean the shower, launder the sheets, and meal prep, everything will be ready.
Thanks to the Lord, It's been easier to clean.

Luke 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. So, it was definitely not impossible for the Israelites to keep the law. They could keep it within the way God set it up. It was possible to do their best to follow the law, and if they happened to make a mistake, God set up the Levitical Priesthood for them. An animal would be sacrificed so they could remain in right standing with God. Today, it is possible to do our best to follow Biblical standards, but if we make a mistake, we confess it to God, and the blood of Jesus washes it away. It is not that we can ever hope to be as holy as God, but God set up a system we are able to live under without being a castaway. God did not set up laws that he never expected us to keep, just to show us we are powerless to keep them.

Working through the rest of my library book, Learn To Read Music by Howard Shanet.
It is excellent. The exercises are like a little work out for your brain, but best of all, you can tell that you're getting it as you go.

I don't know if I 'won' the argument
But I may have gotten closer to winning the soul.

I prayed and asked God if He'd like to say anything to me.
He did and also gave me a visual.
A coloring page of a wolf or dog, partially filled with a deep indigo color.
It was exactly the kind of coloring page I used to love filling out at the hospital. They have special meaning because in my heart, all colors have meaning.
The pages are free. You just need access to a printer. And I have coloring supplies, I think.

Smh
I thought this email account would be different. No more spam, strictly important emails only.
765 emails.
It's almost all spam. Why? Why can't it ever be easy?

Smh I thought this email account would be different. No more spam, strictly important emails only. 765 emails. It's almost all spam. Why? Why can't it ever be easy? At my email address, I have thousands of junk e-mail messages that I never plan to look at. I wish there was an easy way to stop it.
