Needing the Lord to help for extra strength. Or please take me Home Lord.
My husband still cannot weight bear due to his leg and my anxiety is through the roof.
So I’m having to go out shopping and do everything.
I had another panic attack in the shop. The manageress asked to speak to my husband on the phone, as I had him on speaker whilst trying to get things we needed, and she told him she’d rather me not come in the shop anymore as I am upsetting the staff and the customers due to keep having panic attacks.
Please Lord, do one or the other. Either strengthen me, or bring me Home Jesus. I am no good to anyone like this.

Do you have any medicines to help you with anxiety? What was triggering the anxiety attacks? Is there anyone that you know that is able to go shopping for you or is there anyplace you can place an order and either have it delivered or ready for pickup on arrival? Your husband needs you, so you need to be strong for him, but you might have options you didn't think of.

We will pray for abundance of strength to be given to our dear sister . Sister i have an idea . spend your time bringing as many reminders as you can . The more time we spend encouraging the brethren , the more we ourselves will be encouraged as well . Let everyone focus on the pure and holy words of our Lord , and be encouraging one another with those very words and words the apostels wrote too . Let each have a psalm and reminders of the pure and biblcal truth . Also put on some good older gosple songs and sing along with them dear sister . And dont focus on the fact you have had panic attacks , dont let the enemy try and convince you , you are no good for the others . You have been encouraging me greatly with all those lil nuggets and its been a joy to have fellowship with you , because when you bring something its JESUS CENTERED , not this worldy blah blah so many others bring . So be encouraged . Be encouraged dear sister . The Lord is with us , we are just in some dark times , but let us just focus on our HOPE in the LORD and you just keep brining those lil gems too dear sister . The media is just going to continue to hype it all up so my advice is ignore them . let us focus on our HOPE who is JESUS CHRIST and let us be faithful in always pointing to HIM and reminding one another of alll the holy scriptures which are good for our soul . |

Yes I’m on meds for it. Just being outside in normal times makes me anxious and he normally does the shopping. But he can’t at the moment. I tried to do it.
I’m definitely not going out again.
Yeah, my husband’s son will do it for us.

Urgh, urgh!
I forced myself to take my dog for a walk today, as the dog walkers couldn’t do it.
It is horrendous and horrible out there. You can really feel a fearful and oppressive spirit / atmosphere outside. It made me feel ill.
Police cars circulating round and people jumping back about a mile from you, if you just happen to come across someone coming round a corner, or out of a shop door or something. I didn’t make it to the beach.
Is this our new reality till Jesus comes back?

We though as Christians don't need to feel alone or fearful.
