Our Topic?
Everyone needs swag to fight the Devil.
Yes, he uses it. But we Evangelical angels need it too. Cause he tryna take us out!!!
Hurry! Introduce our guests DJ Cringebear!!!
Cr: Okay, Naomi. Calm down!
Introducing....me: I'm DJ Cringebear and my favorite word is cringe. Because make America cringe again. So Jesus can stop cringing at us and our counterfeit swag!
Next???
Naomi Nash: the President's daughter with endless disguises!
Is she Oreo? White? Ishlam??? We don't know. We don't care. She makes it all sound awesome...then points to Yeshua like yesss!
I read my KJV Bible!
And named my most swagtastic moves after the verses!
Naomi: Thanks Miss Cringe! Let me try!
Introducing the third and perhaps the greatest member of this triune force of American anti-Cringe:
The blonde, the beautiful, the traumatizingly adult sounding child wonder all grown up...
Tabitha!!!!!!!!!!!
Tabs: Wow! That's some good hype, swagteam hashtag!
DJ Cringe: You deserve it. We learn from the Queen.
Tabs: Let's discuss our topic. What is Universal Basic Swag?
Anyone?
Cringe: Isn't it evil? It's common, dirty, and everywhere. Just like the CoRONa virus!!!!
Tabs: Actually no.
Naomi: UBS is a bipartisan effort and an internationally loved concept: swag should be free, without condemnation, and found throughout all the world!!!! Muahaha
DJ Cringe: ... Let's take a break. My song is on.

The definition of swag is bold self assurance of style or manner. It is being confident. I do think that if we are walking close to Jesus, we can have confidence that He is with us, so we can face anything that life or the devil brings our way, but swag, based solely in our own ability without the Lord is clearly not the answer.

You are preaching to the choir.

You are preaching to the choir. That is true, but we do have guests, and I never know who all they are comprised of.

Please join us for our next discussion topic: Who is Yeezus really? Is being Christian really that Yeazy? The way of the Christian is far from easy. What you said reminds me of a great song by Charles Johnson & The Revivers, "I Can't Even Walk, Without You Holding My Hand." We have to choose to follow the Lord faithfully each day. He will strengthen us to get through life's journey.

Thank you, Pastor John. Sometimes I feel like we miss the point of being the Church in all the attempts to get attention. Even if you're uncool, you can still serve the Lord Jesus. He judges a bit differently.

Unless you are saying you have your own radio program, and Cringebear is your Disc Jockey name, I have no idea what any of this means, and I also have no idea what Padawan is?

I looked up the term Padawan, and see it is a term from "Star Wars," so it is no wonder I did not recognize it. The last time I saw a "Star Wars" film was in the late 70s at the movie theater, because my brother is a huge fan of those films. I never cared for them. I saw that, and "The Empire Strikes Back," and other than remembering Princess Leah and that robot RD2D, and a couple of other characters like CP30, Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, I remember nothing about the movies.

Star Wars knowledge wasn't a choice for me either. All the males in my life lived and breathed it. DJ Cringebear is a character I made based off a real person close to me. Maybe a couple of em.
