MOCK GOD?
The Pharisee and Sadducees believed in God enough to turn his priesthood into a House of Merchandise instead a House of Prayer, turn his word into a means to persecute and prosecute, and turned a relationship into a dead religion, their actions mocked God.
Today we have those who mock God thinking they know the scriptures, they are one scripture crusaders who don’t take the whole counsel of God’s word into account before they mock his anointed children for walking in the word rightly dividing the word of God these are they who are putting a denominational teaching or tenet above the word of God and mock the miracles, manifestations, and ministrations of the Almighty, thinking they are wise they have made themselves foolish, blind, and void of the truth and void of the Spirit too.
With men things are impossible but with God all things are possible, I will never say God can’t do something. God is sovereign and can do anything he pleases anyway he wants to using anyone he wants to. If I don’t believe with God all things are possible, I automatically put Him in a box that I’ve created for him and when I use his word to do it, I insult him and will be found warring against him as if I am him. Lucifer did the same thing, and then convinced Eve that God had deceived her using God’s very words (out of the context which he said them).
Jesus told the disciples if they had faith in God, they could speak to the mountain, he was speaking about obstacles of morality, of religion, and of politics he was saying that no obstacle should be able to stand before a confiding faith in God. It is obvious that he was saying this concerning the Kingdom of God’s advancement.
When Jesus ascended upon high he gave gifts, authority, and anointing to his body for the furtherance of the gospel and the advancement of the Kingdom. If we are Christian, we are Anointians because to be a Christian is to be an anointed one.
But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. (1 John 2:20 KJV)
Unction: Chrisma: khris'-mah ; an unguent or smearing, that is, (figuratively) the special endowment (chrism) of the Holy Spirit: - anointing, unction
But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. (1 John 2:27 KJV)
The word anointing in this verse is the same as in 1st John 2:20 It is in us; it is an inward anointing. Not with oil on the head, but with the Holy Ghost in the heart, we are anointed; as He from whom we receive the anointing was Himself anointed.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (Romans 8:14 KJV)
Led: Agō; ag'-o ; A primary verb; properly to lead; by implication to bring, drive, (reflexively) go, (specifically) pass (time), or (figuratively) induce: - be, bring (forth), carry, (let) go, keep, lead away, be open.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (John 16:13 KJV)
Two important words in this verse guide and show. The first word:
Guide: hodēgeō; hod-ayg-eh'-o: to show the way (literally or figuratively [teach]): - guide, lead.
Show: anaggellō; an-ang-el'-lo ; to announce (in detail): - declare, rehearse, report, show, speak, tell.
If we declare greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world, are we not declaring his anointing, his word, and his Spirit is in us? Yes, we study his word to show ourselves approved, and everything we do will have a word of God foundation, because his words are spirit, light, and life. If we are led by the Spirit then we will speak, walk, and act by the Spirit. We will not operate by license of the flesh, or the legalism of dead religion, but by the liberty of the Spirit. Selah!
Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
