Ingredients: 4 egg whites 1/4 teaspoon cream or tartar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Pizza toppings of your choice
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. 3. Add salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the egg whites and gently fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined. 4. Line a 12 Inch (30 cm) pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper. 5. Spread the egg white mixture evenly on the parchment paper. 6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. 7. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. 8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 9. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

I came across some videos on YouTube about how you can make several different things using egg whites as a substitute for flower and other high carb ingredients. This is not one of the YouTube recipes but is actually simpler. I bought the ingredients and hope to find time to make it this week. Finding low carb foods are hard, more difficult than counting calories. If I find other low carb recipes, I will share them.
